Image 3 - Ke‘alaka‘i is 18 months old (~22 lb) wearing the size 18M. (Note: My son is quite lean/skinny for his age so I highly recommend sizing up for babies who are above average on the standard growth curve.)
Image 4 - Baby is 4 months old (~ lb) wearing size 18M. Brother is 2 years old (~ lb) wearing size 3T.

Sizing was originally based on my own son who has always been on the lean/tall side so I highly recommend sizing up for above average and chunkier set babies.
